Front Office - VERIFICATION / PAYMENT

The system will review the customer’s personal details, displaying all the booking details in a non-editable format. If the customer is in agreement and wishes to go ahead with the booking, he or she will then access the hotel Virtual Point of Sale Terminal and effect payment for the deposit by credit card.
